Booking request
This goes straight to our inbox. If you would rather see a price first, the quote tool gives you a real total in about a minute.
What happens next
- We check the date against our calendar and reply, usually the same day.
- If we are free, a $100 deposit holds it. That comes off your final balance, which is due one week before the event.
- If you want custom template artwork, we need it at least a week ahead and we will send a proof for sign-off.
- If your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, tell us and we will send it directly to them.
Before you book
Two things worth checking, because they are the ones that cause problems late:
Your running order. A booth has two peaks, cocktails and the late dance floor, with a quiet stretch through dinner and speeches. Booking straight through the middle buys you an idle booth. Send your timings and we will tell you where the hours actually belong, even when that means a smaller package.
The room. The open-air booth needs roughly ten feet by eight and one standard outlet. The 360 platform needs about ten feet of ceiling clearance, which is the thing venues most often cannot give. Tell us the venue and we will confirm before you pay anything.
