Branded means three specific things
Fun Snaps has been running booths across the GTA since 2011. We're at 160 Applewood Crescent in Concord, which puts most Vaughan corporate jobs inside a short drive. We arrive about an hour before your start time, tape cables flat, and run test strips before the first guest walks in.
Plenty of photo booth companies treat corporate work as a wedding booth with the props taken away. We build it the other way around. On a corporate night the branding isn't an add-on line item, it's the reason you're renting the booth at all. Here's what that covers.
A strip template built for your brand
Your logo, your hex codes, your event hashtag, laid out in-house rather than dropped into a stock frame. Send vector art as .ai, .eps or .svg and we send back a proof of the actual strip for sign-off before the date. Two copies print per round in about ten seconds, so a guest hands one to a colleague and keeps one. That's the reason a printed strip still beats a QR code at a work event.
Green screen with your own step-and-repeat
You send us the step-and-repeat artwork and we key it in behind the guest. Nobody freights a physical banner into a ballroom, nobody stores it afterward, and you can run more than one backdrop in a single night. Title sponsor before dinner, product shot after, same booth, no changeover.
A camera that adjusts to the guest
The camera height adjusts between sessions, so we can drop it for kids at a family day and raise it for a standing group shot. It sounds minor until you have a line where someone in heels is behind someone in a wheelchair, and a fixed booth is framing half your staff at the chin.
Where Vaughan corporate nights actually happen
Vaughan's December runs through a handful of banquet rooms, and the same halls that host weddings all summer turn into company party venues from late November. We know the load-in at these rooms because we're in them most weekends.
Château Le Jardin
Woodbridge
The East Wing splits into the Renaissance, Champagne and Le Parisien ballrooms, and which configuration you've booked changes where the booth should go. A company party in one third of the East Wing has a completely different traffic pattern than the full room.
In a divided room we set up on the bar side, because the line forms out of the drink queue without any help. In the full room we go opposite the dance floor so the two crowds aren't competing.
Paradise Banquet Hall
Vaughan
Multiple rooms running at once, which for a corporate booking means the booth needs to read as clearly yours from across the lobby. This is where the branded backdrop earns its money: guests from the other event walk past, and you don't want your staff wandering into the wrong line.
Ground-level access and a service door near the ballrooms. Straightforward hour.
The Venetian
Concord
Ten minutes from our door, which matters more than it sounds for a weekday corporate event. A 5pm start doesn't mean fighting Highway 7 with a loaded van at rush hour.
They know our load-in, so the hour before doors is genuinely setup time rather than time spent finding someone with a key.
Other Vaughan rooms
Woodbridge & Maple
Hazelton Manor, The Terrace Banquet Centre and Da Vinci are all rooms we work regularly.
Send us the hall when you enquire and we'll tell you where the booth goes before you book, not after.
Four kinds of corporate night
The holiday party
Three or four hours, usually starting at cocktails. The thing that catches vendors out is the speeches: the booth goes dead quiet for twenty minutes and that time comes out of your booked hours. Tell us roughly when the program runs and we'll shape the hours around it instead of burning an hour of your package on an empty booth.
The conference or trade show
A different problem. You're not entertaining a room, you're stopping foot traffic, and guests arrive in a trickle across six hours instead of a wave across two. The booth has to look like something is happening even when nobody's using it. This is where the 360 platform earns its keep, because an idle open-air booth reads as furniture while an idle 360 platform reads as an attraction.
The product launch or brand activation
Where the glam booth goes. High-key lighting, skin smoothing, black-and-white output, the look people already associate with a press wall. Guests post glam output without being asked, which is not reliably true of a standard colour strip. Pair it with the green screen and your creative team gets usable assets out of an event that was happening anyway.
Employee appreciation and family day
Daytime, mixed ages, and the only one of the four with kids in the frame. Adjustable camera height stops being a nice-to-have here. Props take a beating, so we bring the family-safe set rather than the evening bin.
Load-in
Vaughan banquet halls are built for this. Ground-level access, a service door near the ballroom, parking you can back into. We're set, tested and printing inside the hour.
Corporate offices behave differently, and the towers around the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre at Highway 7 and Jane are the usual case. Freight elevator booking, a security desk that wants names ahead of time, a loading bay with a window rather than an open door. Still a short trip for us, but the building's move-in form needs filling out days ahead, not the afternoon of. Tell us the address when you enquire and we'll ask for the right paperwork up front.
What it costs
Packages start at $550 for two hours and step up through four-hour deluxe, staffed throughout with unlimited sessions and two prints per round. Most corporate bookings take three or four hours, because a company party has a much wider arrival window than a wedding reception where everyone sits down at once. The custom logo template is included on corporate jobs, there are no travel fees, and a $100 deposit holds the date. No mystery fees buried in the footer.
Glam booth and 360 video cost the same as the open-air booth. Same packages, same hours, no format surcharge. You're picking on what suits the room, not on what it adds to the invoice. Full detail is on the corporate services page. If the event is a wedding rather than a work function, the Vaughan wedding page is the one you want.
Questions from Vaughan corporate clients
How much does a corporate photo booth rental in Vaughan cost?
From $550 for two hours, stepping up through four-hour deluxe, staffed the whole time with unlimited sessions and two prints per round. Corporate bookings include the custom logo template at no extra charge. No travel fees, wherever the event is, and a $100 deposit secures the date against your balance.
Can you put our logo on the strips, and what artwork do you need?
Yes. Send vector artwork as .ai, .eps or .svg plus your brand hex codes, at least a week before the event. We build the strip in-house and send a proof for sign-off, so nobody finds a stretched logo at 7pm. A flattened JPG from a slide deck will work in a pinch but won't hold up at print resolution. Less than a week's notice and we'll tell you honestly whether we can still get a proof back in time.
Should we book open-air or enclosed for a work event?
Open-air for most corporate nights. About a dozen people fit in one frame, your branded backdrop stays visible to the room, and you get a queue other guests can see and join. At a work party the queue is the marketing. The classic enclosed booth is coming soon.
What time do you arrive?
About an hour before your booked start. That's setup, cables taped flat, and test strips run so the first guest isn't the test. In a Vaughan banquet hall the hour is comfortable. In an office tower the hour only works if the freight elevator and security list are already sorted, which is why we ask for the building early.
Do you carry liability insurance? Our venue wants a certificate.
Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and can provide a certificate naming your venue as additional insured. Most Vaughan banquet halls ask for one before they'll let a vendor load in. Tell us the venue when you book and we'll send it over.
